I was able to rely on William’s expertise. With Louise, his business and life partner, they negotiated development of the property with the builder. There were no hidden surprises, everything was agreed upfront with a fixed price contract.

After I approved the building plans they co-ordinated the entire process for me. I was provided with regular updates, and given reassurance that each stage of construction was signed off by an independent building inspector right through to handover. I can honestly say it was effortless thanks to William and Louise.

Highest level of customer service – William and Louise provided the highest level of customer service. Whenever I had any queries they were answered within 24 hours. There are steps in the building process that I didn’t consider or anticipate, and in every step of the process they ensured I was informed. I always felt reassured.
